Report a Content Error

If you have identified an inaccuracy, outdated reference, or factual error in any training content, please report it here. All reports are reviewed and, where substantiated, corrected and recorded in the Update Log.

1. Error Details

Providing your details allows us to follow up. All fields below are optional unless you need a reply.

Tip: a personal email works best for reply threads. HSE/hospital mail systems sometimes quarantine replies from external senders.

2. How We Handle Reports

All error reports are triaged within 5 working days. If the reported issue is substantiated, the content is corrected. If you provided an email address, we will notify you of the outcome.

Anonymous reports are reviewed on the same basis but we cannot send a follow-up.
