1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CareConnect website (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe, including the Cyber and Data Protection Act [Chapter 11:12] of 2021.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions. In a medical emergency, contact your nearest health facility or call emergency services immediately.

4. User Accounts

To track progress and receive a completion certificate, you may create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Accounts are subject to approval by the training coordinator. We reserve the right to deny or revoke access at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Zimbabwean law.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, other users' accounts, or connected systems.
  • Transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content through the contact or feedback forms.
  • Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Service without written permission.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All original content on CareConnect, including text, design, graphics, and the CareConnect name, is the property of the Service operator or used under licence. Training content may include references to publicly available health guidelines and educational materials. Video content may be sourced from third-party platforms and remains the intellectual property of the respective creators.

7. Certificates

Completion certificates issued by CareConnect recognise that a user has completed the training modules. They are not professional qualifications, government-issued credentials, or accreditation of any kind. They should not be presented as such.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Zimbabwean law, CareConnect and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to reliance on any training content. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
